professionals, we understand that providing the most cost

Airline tickets, hotel stays and car rentals comprise the
majority of your travel budget. Brookfield Travel can control,
monitor and potentially reduce these expenditures through
adherence to your corporate travel policy. We will work with
you to establish negotiated purchasing contracts with suppliers,
management reporting for travel expenditures and utilization
of our staff for travel planning.

Friday 8:30 am -5:30 pm

To ensure responsiveness to your travelers contracted staff
is used outside of normal business hours. Thor 24 is staffed
by travel professionals and has electronic access to your
policy and profiles. Travelers can use these services for
itinerary changes, emergency ticketing, lost credit cards,
lost passports, lost luggage and any other unexpected travel
problems. Contact information is found on all itineraries.

Star Service
Brookfield Travel subscribes to the Star Service, which provides
timely evaluation of hotel properties throughout the world.
The service provides photographs, maps and diagrams of hotel
properties. This service allows your travelers to select a
hotel based on multiple criteria.
Contract Negotiations
Brookfield Travel will review your travel history and negotiate
on your behalf with major airline, hotel and car suppliers
for discounted rates. Discounts appropriate to high volume
usage will then pass on to you. Brookfield Travel will also
apply nationally negotiated, American Express rates as appropriate.
Brookfield Travel will implement any currently negotiated
discount agreements between you and travel suppliers.
Brookfield Travel is also a Funjet 500 Club member and a Golden
Apple Award recipient. As such we are occasionally able to
offer unadvertised specials to leisure travelers, should you
wish we will make these offers available to your staff.

Nancy is the manager of the corporate department. She is recognized
for her exceptional customer service. Nancy has traveled extensively
throughout Europe, the Caribbean and the U.S. A corporate agent
since 1994, she has developed expertise in complicated international
itinerary planning and fare structures.

Barbara joined Brookfield Travel after five years experience
with another travel agency. She is equally adept in leisure
and corporate travel. Her specialties are Hawaii, Mexico and
Europe. She is very self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deals
well with the constant demands and changes involved with Leisure
travel. She has an extensive corporate following and serves
as back up to the Corporate Department.
