clients and to keep out people who don’t belong
at the resort. Using “Common sense” while
traveling will keep you safe.
• Leave your valuables in your safe in your room

to book your off-site adventures. It’s those “Out-of-the-way
that should be avoided.

the most popular tourist attractions near your resort

• Number of adults and children traveling and
the children’s ages
• Resort you want to go to
• City you want to depart from.
We will give you our best price on our first call. Keep
in mind the lowest price is not necessarily the best
value.

for booking multiple rooms?
Group discounts are available at many resorts if the

How much extra money do I need to bring with me?
At the resort you will need little or no money at all!
Tipping is not allowed at many resorts. We have many
clients that have told us that they have spent less
than 50 dollars during a whole week! Other clients want
to do everything and have spent several hundred dollars
per person, excluding souvenirs.
Typical activities that are "not included":
• Jet Skiing ...usually $40-$60 dollars per half
hour.
• Para-sailing $60-$90 dollars a ride.
• Catamaran cruises $35-$90 dollars depending
on the trip.
• Scenic tours around the island $30-$50 dollars
half day and double that for a full day.
• Souvenirs
It is customary to bargain with the locals on the beach
in the straw markets or in the tourist shopping centers
on just about everything. Always be polite, smile, and
have some fun! Don't be afraid to walk away. Just say
"Thank You! I'll look some more", and start
walking…they may follow you to close the deal.
For duty free items expect to pay 75% of the price you
would pay stateside. If duty-free item’s prices
seem too good to be true they are probably knock-offs
[other than liquor]
Is there extra cost for some meals and or some drinks?
At some resorts everything you see is included, and
others there may be some additional charges. Additional
costs my be involved with some wines, special dining
service, or spa services.

beverages?
No. In fact exotic, tropical alcoholic drinks are also
available without the alcohol. (Example “Virgin
Piná Colada” is made without the Rum).
