Brookfield Travel is a full-service travel agency focused on meeting the needs of both corporate and leisure travelers. Brookfield Travel has specialists in the fields of leisure, cruise, group and incentive and corporate travel planning.

Brookfield Travel was established in 1984 by Diane Fleming. We are proud of our 21 year history of business stability, good customer relations, “state-of-the-art” technology, experienced personnel and an excellent industry reputation.

Diane's philosophy is to provide her clients with expert attention in planning travel arrangements. Quality Service not only Brookfield Travel's number one priority it is our commitment to you!

Our Leisure Travel Counselors work with clients to help make their time away from work memorable. They can help you plan for that special vacation, honeymoon, adventure, or family getaway. The Brookfield Travel team has traveled extensively worldwide, and many are certified specialists in popular vacation destinations.
We can book your foreign travel, whether independent or escorted. We work with reputable tour companies, airline and car wholesalers, and specialized hotel representatives. Let our agents help you with rail transportation, visa and passports, currency exchange, or the right tour package for you.

Cruise Specialists
Each Cruise Line is different. Our experienced agents will help you select the cruise that's right for you and your budget. We've sailed to Alaska, the Caribbean, Hawaii, the Mediterranean, the Orient, and the Nile and even on the Yangtze River in China.

The Group Department works with leisure travelers and special interest groups to develop customized travel opportunities that address the special interests of the group, or are a general interest destination. The staff also works with corporate meeting and incentive planners to design business travel experiences such as sales meetings, travel incentive reward trips and customer appreciation events.

The Corporate Travel Department is staffed by seasoned professionals with an average of eighteen years in the travel business; they have proficiency in handling international and domestic business travel reservations.


Affiliate Divisions
The Cruise Corner works with cruise-only and land-cruise clientele. The staff works with individual and group travelers, and coordinates marketing efforts with our preferred cruise-line partners.

Design Groups & Incentives is a full-service incentive and meeting travel division. DG&I design, recommend, plan and implement group programs that provide travel incentives and/or meetings for corporate top producers and/or their customers.

World Golf Tours specializes in planning individual and group golf tours. We coordinate programs worldwide. This division can provide coordination and staffing for golf outings.

Worldly Women is a new division of Brookfield Travel dedicated to providing travel opportunities for women-only getaways. Join one of our preplanned tours or let us help you and your girlfriends plan an exclusive escape.

MANAGEMENT AND STAFF DIRECTORY

Diane Fleming, CTC, ACC
President/Owner

Diane Fleming, a twenty-five year veteran in the travel industry, in 1979, she moved into travel management. She purchased Brookfield Travel in 1984. The Institute of Certified Travel Agents has awarded Diane her Certified Travel Consultant degree. This degree is issued to travel professionals with five years or more industry experience who have completed a two-year travel management program. Diane has also completed CLIA's Cruise Counselor Certification Program and is an Accredited Cruise Counselor. She is a member of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA).

As a community leader, she has been involved with the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce since 1982, serving on the board for six years, 1985-91. Diane has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the United States.


LEISURE DEPARTMENT

Collen Thomas
Senior Travel Designer

Colleen joined our Brookfield Travel team in 2007 with 12 years of prior leisure travel industry experience.  She has extensive experience and is well versed in foreign independent travel.  She enjoys the all the Caribbean Islands, Jamaica being her favorite.  Colleen is well-organized and has a great ability to handle many tasks at one time.  She specializes in honeymoon, bachelor and bachelorette destination parties and destination weddings.  Contact Colleen at: cthomas@brookfieldtravel.com.

Barbara Anderson
Travel Consultant
Leisure/Corporate Manager

Barb has been an agent for over 14 years and with Brookfield Travel for 7. Experienced in both Corporate and Leisure travel, specialized in International Travel with high profile accounts. Deals effectively with the constant demands and changes involved with corporate travel and has an extensive corporate following. Leisure travel strengths are Hawaii, Mexico and Caribbean. Barb has traveled to all Hawaiian Islands and is a Hawaii specialist. Also a Sandals specialist, has planned many destination weddings as well as honeymoons, anniversaries and family travel. Highly motivated, detail oriented and well traveled.

Lorraine Brunzlick
Travel Consultant

Lorraine is currently a leisure travel and cruise consultant. With twenty-one years of travel agency experience, she brings a strong variety of skills to her present position. She is a Certified Specialist for Australia, and Jamaica. She has traveled throughout the Caribbean, South America, Europe, and Hawaii. Lorraine has escorted groups to Jamaica and Alaska. Knowing Sign Language is a strong advantage for Lorraine.

Judie Sanders
Travel Consultant

Judie has been a Travel Agent for the last fourteen years. She enjoys working with all leisure and cruise clients, especially with those planning honeymoons. She is a certified Sandals specialist and has earned the Disney College of Knowledge degree. She also is a specialist for Hawaii, Mexico and Las Vegas.

Demy Anfang
Travel Specialist

"Demy Anfang comes to us with 24 years of prior agency experience.  She is one of only 126 Certified Australia Specialist Premier Agents in the United States.  This honor recognizes these appointed agents as our industries leaders in marketing and sales.  Her niche is customizing itineraries for individuals as well as groups.  Demy is also a Senior Travel Designer Specialist for Hawaii, South Pacific, the Orient and Europe. Barry joined Brookfield Travel in 2006. This is his second career. Barry previously enjoyed a successful 16 year career as an on-air radio personality, sales and marketing consultant. Barry is using his radio public relations, sales experience to help develop and promote group travel programs. Barry also lends a hand in working with all leisure and cruise clients. He is a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge as well as a specialist with several major cruise lines. Barry has traveled extensively throughout the United States including Hawaii along with trips to Mexico, Canada, Ireland and the Caribbean.

Carol Cannon
Group Specialist

Carol joined Brookfield Travel in 1985. She is expert at developing customized group travel opportunities and in organizing and implementing domestic and international group travel itineraries.
Carol has worked with many organizations to plan specialty tours, including art and theater related tours, alumni tours, special interest tours and corporate incentive programs. She has planned and escorted group tours to Asia, Europe, Australia, Central America, Canada, the Middle East and the United States.

Corporate and International Travel Specialist

She is recognized for her exceptional customer service. Nancy has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Caribbean and the U.S. A corporate agent since 1994, she has developed expertise in complicated international itinerary planning and fare structures.

Jeanne Sherman
Accounting Manager

Jeanne’s responsibilities include accounting, financial operations, and data processing. Her education includes travel expense management, client management report seminars, ADS, DATA LINK, TRAMS as well as specialized computer training in Excel, Microsoft Works, Lotus, and WordPerfect. She prepares all accounting reports and functions that clients require for their travel expense tracking reports.
