	Diane Fleming, CTC, ACC, President/Owner Diane Fleming is a thirty-two year veteran in the travel industry. In 1979, she moved into travel management. She purchased Brookfield Travel in 1984. The Institute of Certified Travel Agents has awarded Diane her Certified Travel Consultant degree. This degree is issued to travel professionals with five years or more industry experience who have completed a two-year travel management program. Diane has also completed CLIA's Cruise Counselor Certification Program and is an Accredited Cruise Counselor. She is a member of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA). As a community leader, she has been involved with the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce since 1982, serving on the board for six years, 1985-91. She served as program chairperson for the Pacific Asia Travel Association- Milwaukee Chapter (PATA) for five years 1987-93. Diane has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the United States including escorting groups to Ireland, Italy, and Germany. She is very focused on luxury travel, pairing of cuisine with the culinary food and wine tours and loves to customize the client’s trip to fit their needs
LEISURE DEPARTMENT
	Lorraine Brunzlick - Travel Designer Lorraine is currently a leisure travel and cruise designer. With thirty years of travel agency experience, she brings a strong variety of skills to her position. She is a Certified Specialist for Australia, Jamaica and Costa Rica. She has traveled throughout the Caribbean, South America, Europe, Hawaii, Fiji. Lorraine has escorted groups to Jamaica and Alaska. Lorraine is a Sandals Certified Honeymoon Designer and a Destination Wedding Specialist and has extensive knowledge of the cruise industry and river cruising. She is a Travel Specialist in luxury travel and culinary food and tours. With years of experience Lorraine can assist you in achieving your dreams. Accredited Cruise Counselor: Oceania, Regent, Silver Seas, Crystal, Paul Gauguin, Celebrity, Azamara, Princess, Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Uniworld River Cruises and AmaWaterways River Cruises. *Lorraine is also proficient in the use of sign language.
	Demy Anfang - Travel Designer With over 27 years of agency experience, Demy is one of only 126 Certified Australia Specialist Premier Agents in the United States. This honor recognizes our industry leaders in marketing and sales. She has held this title for over 10 years. Her niche is customizing itineraries for individuals as well as groups. Demy is also a Senior Travel Designer Specialist for Hawaii, South Pacific, New Zealand, the Orient and Europe. She has traveled extensively to all these destinations. 	Randy Howell - Groups Specialist Randy joined Brookfield Travel in 2011. He specializes in developing customized group travel. His expertise lies in marketing and developing, organizing and implementing domestic/international luxury, adventure and special interest group travel itineraries. Randy has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, Europe, Egypt as well as the United States.
CORPORATE DEPARTMENT
	Nancy Fleming - Corporate and International Travel Specialist, Director of Operations Nancy is recognized for her exceptional customer service. She has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Caribbean and the U.S. A corporate agent since 1994, she has developed expertise in complicated international itinerary planning and fare structures. Nancy is also specializing in the perfect pairing of cuisine and travel with the culinary food and wine tours. Nancy is also focused on the Worldy Women division which specializes in luxury travel throughout the world.
	Jeanne Sherman - Accounting Manager Jeanne’s responsibilities include accounting, financial operations, and data processing. Her education includes travel expense management, client management report seminars, ADS, DATA LINK, TRAMS as well as specialized computer training in Excel, Microsoft Works, Lotus, and WordPerfect. She prepares all accounting reports and functions that clients require for their travel expense tracking reports.
	Mary Ann Eimon - Receptionist and Leisure Travel Designer Mary Ann is our receptionist. Her responsibilities are mainly administrative, but she is also very involved in planning travel for her clients. She makes every customer feel very welcome. She has been in the travel industry for many years and her focus is on European travel. She has a special fondness for Ireland and river cruising.
	Debbie Schildkraut - Leisure Travel Designer Debbie has been with Brookfield Travel for 19 years and is currently working as a leisure travel designer and in our group development department. Along with her sales and marketing background, Debbie is a Destination Wedding and Vacation Specialist, allowing you to rest assured that all your plans will be arranged with great attention to detail. As a former flight attendant, she has extensive travel experience and specializes in the Caribbean, Mexico, Hawaii, Italy, the U.S. and cruises. Debbie specializes in luxury travel, culinary, food and wine trips. Debbie is also focused on the Worldly Women division which offers trips throughout the world.
	Irene Reuter - Outside Sales and Leisure Travel Designer 262-373-1009 Irene has been a past owner and a travel consultant for more than 54 years. She specializes in international upscale travel for individuals as well as in cruises, hotels, and tours. A world traveler, she is an experienced agent and has an excellent relationship with her clients and ensures that their trips are as enjoyable as possible. Her specialization is Europe. She lived there for many years. She also has taken groups on cruises, river cruises, and to many destinations worldwide. Irene speaks English and German.
